Yes, with no time limit and no card. Free carries a 1% Chrona payment fee on the payments you take through Stripe, and Stripe's own 2.9% + 30¢ (plus Stripe Billing's 0.7% on recurring membership payments) is passed through, so it costs nothing until you earn.

A venue or brand with its own hours, services, team, Stripe account and website. Pro runs up to 3 businesses with up to 3 locations each; Max runs up to 10 with unlimited locations. Every business's website auto-publishes when its services or plans change.

Chrona's share of each payment taken through Chrona, on the subtotal before tax: 1% on Free, 0% on Pro and Max, and agreed in the quote on Enterprise. On Pro and Max the plan price covers it, so Chrona keeps nothing from your payments. The rate is your plan's when the payment is taken; the balance of a booking paid by deposit is charged at the rate in effect when the booking was made. Stripe's card processing, 2.9% + 30¢ (plus Stripe Billing's 0.7% on recurring membership payments), is passed through on every payment on every plan, so you receive the price less Stripe's fee and any Chrona payment fee. Payments you record by hand, such as cash or bank transfer, carry no fee.

Whenever you like, in the app under Plan & billing. Upgrades are prorated and take effect straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted. If you run more businesses than the smaller plan allows, you choose which to pause, and you cannot add past the new limits. When an account goes back to Free after a cancellation, or after a renewal left unpaid past the 14-day grace, the classes, waitlists and membership plans it already runs stop taking new sign-ups until it is on a paid plan again. Members who already paid keep their memberships, and existing class bookings stay as they are.

They come with a fair-use allowance each calendar month: 250 SMS segments and 500 Calzy requests on Pro, 1,000 and 1,500 on Max, 50 Calzy requests and no SMS on Free. A long text counts as several segments, and an emoji, a curly quote or non-Latin letters make each segment shorter. At the cap, SMS pauses until next month while email reminders keep going, and Calzy asks you to upgrade. On Enterprise both allowances are agreed in the quote.

Pro is $390 a year and Max is $990 a year, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.
