About
Why we're building Chrona.
Service businesses run on appointments. The tools around them mostly do not talk to each other.
A booking page here, a calendar there, payments somewhere else, and staff finding out about changes by text. Running a studio, a salon or a practice has meant stitching that together by hand, every day.
Chrona is one calendar that everyone reads from: the owner, the staff, the customers on the website, and Calzy. Describe the business and the setup wizard drafts the services and builds the site. Take a booking anywhere and the same availability rules apply. Ask a staff member to cover a slot and the booking stays honest about who is on it until they say yes.
What we believe
Three rules the product is built around.
Unassigned means nobody on it.
The calendar tells the truth, even when it is inconvenient. A booking either has a person on it or it is open, and the person who is outside their hours gets asked, not assigned.
One availability engine.
The website, the front desk, staff phones and Calzy all check the same hours, breaks, blocks, busy time and holds. The website never promises a slot the front desk cannot keep.
Stronger today, better every day.
Small releases, often. The features on this site are the ones you can use now; the roadmap stays off the marketing page until it ships.
Where we are
Early, and honest about it.
Everything on this site is live today. If something is missing for your business, tell us; it is the fastest way onto the roadmap.
