These terms govern access to Chronacal products and services, including account verification, booking updates, and other transactional communications delivered through Chronacal-powered websites.
Service scope
Chronacal provides software and service workflows used by businesses to manage appointments, customer interactions, and operational notifications. By using a Chronacal-powered website, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Transactional messaging
Chronacal sends transactional SMS messages only after a user initiates an action and provides a phone number through a Chronacal-powered website or service flow.
- One-time password (OTP) verification
- Booking confirmations and appointment updates
- Service-related notifications requested by the user
Chronacal does not use this messaging program for promotional or marketing campaigns. Message frequency varies based on a user's activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and support
Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Users may reply HELP for assistance with the messaging program.

Complaints and dispute handling
If a user believes a message was sent in error, has a complaint about Chronacal service communications, or wants to report a compliance concern, the user should contact Chronacal support with the relevant phone number, message details, and the date of the issue.
Chronacal will review reported issues in good faith and take reasonable steps to investigate transactional messaging complaints. Complaints may be sent to support@chronacal.com.
